Thank you for choosing Bellotify. We strive to provide a transparent and flexible experience for managing your software updates and user announcements.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Premium ("Pro") monthly or annual subscription at any time.
- To cancel, navigate to the Settings -> Billing page inside your logged-in dashboard and click the account management options.
- Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active as a "Pro" user until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle.
- Once the cycle ends, your account will automatically transition to our Free plan tier, and no further automatic renewals or charges will occur.
2. Refund Policy
To keep our operations sustainable and avoid potential friendly fraud abuses, Bellotify enforces the following refund structures:
- No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month or mid-year cancellations. All payments made for a billing cycle are non-refundable.
- Exceptional Circumstances: If you experience severe, verifiable technical failures directly caused by our infrastructure that prevented you from using the Service for more than 7 consecutive days, please contact our team within 14 days of the incident at support@bellotify.com to request a manual administrative review.
3. Changes to the Policy
Bellotify reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at its sole discretion. Any adjustments become effective immediately upon being published on this URL.
