Bellotify offers both Free and Premium ("Pro") subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the specified monthly or annual fees. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway provider (Airwallex). All transactions are encrypted and subject to their security protocols.

3. Use of the Service & Restrictions

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to embed the Bellotify widget on your website. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Sublicense, lease, or resell Bellotify services to third parties without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, logos, and software interfaces of Bellotify remain the exclusive property of Bellotify and its licensors. Your uploaded changelog contents remain yours, but you grant us the necessary rights to host and display them via your public pages and widgets.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellotify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our corporate domicile, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
